Among the famous St. Louis landmarks, Ted
Drewes ranks second only to the Arch. Ted
sells both frozen custard and Christmas trees, so I guess that makes it a conglomerate
in the GE tradition. Pictured below is their flagship frozen custard store.
Alan and James and I had to take St. Louis newbies Mike, Karen, and Joannie
for a taste
so we stopped their first chance we got. The custard was indeed satisfying,
like a really
creamy, rich ice cream.
